These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PayPal2Cash. By using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Fees and Charges
- A 5% transaction fee applies to all transfers
- Exchange rates are updated daily based on market rates
- Additional fees may be charged by PayPal or your local payment provider
- Withdrawal fees may vary by payment method and country
- Referral commissions are subject to a 1% rate of the transaction amount
3. Referral Program
- Users can earn commissions by referring new customers
- Commission rate is 1% of referred user's transaction amount
- Minimum withdrawal amount for referral earnings is $10 USD
- Referral earnings are paid only after referred transactions are completed
- We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program
4. Transaction Processing

- All transactions require manual admin approval for security
