These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PayPal2Cash. By using our service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Fees and Charges

  • A 5% transaction fee applies to all transfers
  • Exchange rates are updated daily based on market rates
  • Additional fees may be charged by PayPal or your local payment provider
  • Withdrawal fees may vary by payment method and country
  • Referral commissions are subject to a 1% rate of the transaction amount

3. Referral Program

  • Users can earn commissions by referring new customers
  • Commission rate is 1% of referred user's transaction amount
  • Minimum withdrawal amount for referral earnings is $10 USD
  • Referral earnings are paid only after referred transactions are completed
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program

4. Transaction Processing

  • Transactions are typically processed within 24-48 hours
  • All transactions require manual admin approval for security
  • Maximum transfer amount: $1,000 USD per transaction
  • Monthly transfer limit: $5,000 USD per user
  • Recipients may need to wait up to 7 business days for funds
  • Transaction limits may be adjusted based on user history and verification level

5. User Accounts

Users must:

  • Maintain secure account credentials
  • Not create multiple accounts
